Our rates vary depending on… well… everything, really. Something we can do effectively by virtual presence is going to cost a little less than in-person attendance somewhere. What we’re doing, and who we’re doing it for, both play a part as well. So take the guidelines below as a kind of mid-level average. If you’re a big gambling organisation and want us on site* in Central London, the rates are going to go up somewhat. If you’re a healthcare charity happy to operate fully remote… then we’ll flex downwards. Everything is negotiable!
We operate below the VAT threshold, so no VAT is payable.

*note that in-person, on-site attendance may carry a surcharge; travel & subsistence costs will be added. Traveling time is deemed to be time worked on your behalf and billed accordingly.
